An End to End Visibility of Business Processes starting from Demand Forecasting to Dispatch provides clarity on roles & responsibilities, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities

Process Measurement 

Process KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are identified and defined with relevant targets along with Data collection Method. Power BI is used to established Process Dashboards to provide real time process performance status

Process Governance

The agenda of S&OP meetings were redrafted, with ownerships for each process. The production is linked with demand forecast and sales confirmed schedules were linked with inventory availability and dispatch. 4 Dispatch Cycles are planned in a month to ensure not only the timely delivery but also provide sufficient agility for change management.
